Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organization starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required.
Is VAT included in the price?
Plan prices are shown before VAT, and the total for each plan includes 13% VAT.
Does Billtize work with IRD and CBMS?
Billtize is IRD and CBMS verified billing software. Once your IRD taxpayer login is connected in your organization settings, approved invoices and sales credits are sent to IRD CBMS automatically. If a sync fails, the bill shows a banner and you can retry it with one click. Once connected, approved bills can't be edited or voided and auto-approve is turned off. Our team switches the integration on for your organization, so message us to get it enabled.
How many users can I add?
There's no user limit. Invite your team and control access with roles (Admin, Accountant, Purchase, Sales, and View Only) and permissions that can be limited to specific warehouses or branches.
Can I run more than one business?
Yes. One login can manage multiple companies, each with its own data, warehouses, and team.
Can I bring in my existing data?
Yes. Import contacts, items, categories, invoices, purchase bills, and credit and debit notes from Excel templates, and set opening balances for contacts and stock. Enterprise plans include data migration assistance.
What happens when my plan is about to end?
You'll see a reminder in the app when 15 days or fewer remain, and we email you 14 days before your plan ends and again on the day it expires. To activate or renew a plan, message our team on WhatsApp and we'll set it up for your organization.
Which printers and scanners work with Billtize?
